• GRAND CRU is registered in the Commercial Register of Madrid: Volume 29.664, Folio 194, Section: 8, Sheet M-533793, Registration: 3.

• GRAND CRU is a company domiciled at Calle Pedrezuela, 7C, Alcorcón, postcode 28925 in the Community of Madrid and is responsible for the management, operation and running of the website www.grandcrugenetics.com.

 

 

The use of this website gives you the status of USER, which you accept upon access, the General Terms and Conditions of Use set out here.

 

 

The Single Convention of 1961 on Narcotic Drugs, as amended by the 1972 Protocol, ratified by the Spanish State, provides for the control of the flowering tops or fruiting tops of the cannabis plant, as well as the resin obtained from the cannabis plant, but expressly excludes seeds.

 

Cannabis seeds are products intended for genetic conservation and collecting, in no case for cultivation. It is strictly prohibited to germinate them in some countries, except in those where current regulations contemplate and authorise their cultivation for personal consumption or for medicinal purposes. We recommend that our customers do not violate the law in any way and we are not responsible for their use.

 

In the Spanish State, the sale of seeds is not a criminal offence if their cultivation is not intended for trafficking. In any case, Grand Cru disclaims all responsibility arising from the illegal use of cannabis seeds in those countries where cultivation is a criminal offence and/or for purposes where their use is prohibited or restricted.

 

It is the duty of users to know the laws in force in their countries of residence regarding cannabis.

 

Grand Cru does not wish to induce anyone to act against the law in force in any country.

 

The website user undertakes not to use the services and contents of the website to carry out illegal or criminal activities, and/or that infringe regulations on intellectual and industrial property, or any other applicable legal regulations.

 

Grand Cru accepts no responsibility arising from the misuse of the seeds it sells.

The website www.grandcrugenetics.com provides information, data and services of thousands of products present in the international market (hereinafter “contents”) on the internet that belong to GRAND CRU or to third parties and which are made available to the USER. At all times the USER assumes responsibility for the use of the website, its contents and services.

 

At the time of registration that may be necessary for certain steps or services, the USER will be required to provide a password for which they will be responsible, using it confidentially and diligently. In no case should the USER:

 

• Incur in illegal or unlawful acts, contrary to good faith.
